The first festival of art design in Central Europe – Křehký Mikulov – take place in the south-Moravian castle chateau of Mikulov from June 24 until August 15. The project from the Křehký gallery presents, in collaboration with the Regional Museum in Mikulov, the first organized encounter of Czech and foreign gallery owners, collectors, dealers in contemporary art design, and fans of design. The festival will offer a series of exhibitions in the field of contemporary Czech design, plus premieres of new products designed by Czech and world-famous designers within the chambers of the magnificent baroque seat of the family of Dietrichstein, on the standard guided route, and beyond it as well. All exhibitions will be available till 15th August.

Czech premiere of Miracles Archive, the exhibition which represented Czech design at EXPO 2010 in Shanghai. Křehký Stories, stories of limited editions for Křehký project. Exhibition of Daniel Piršč 1340° C in the shadow and Treasure Hunt, the current project of K.O.V. atelier of AAAD in Prague, led by Eva Eisler. The unique handmade porcelain a glass collection of Ivan Jelínek, the image gallery View by Salim Issa.

You can also be looking forward to a brunch in the chateau garden, a walk and a basket party on Svatý Kopeček, theatre performance or wine degustation in Salla Tereně of Mikulov Chateau.

The exhibition opening and festival opening is on Friday June 24th at 7p.m. Music performance by Rosen Trio+.

All exhibitions will be available at Mikulov Chateau till 15th August.
