Tomáš Král: Plug box, 2009
The possibilities of CNC machines enabled Tomáš Král to apply a new structure of objects because he constructed the 3D details of bowls, jars, and lights from cork sheets. The collection that combines cork with blown glass is Král’s diploma work at the renowned ECAL in the Swiss city of Basel where he currently teaches.
