We chose the theme Aristocracy for the Křehký Mikulov festival in the year 2018. And we took the best from it.
The sensation of beauty, entering the original items into production, whose original design are still admired to this day, excellent craftsmanship of utility items for daily life. And these qualities were also connected in the work of designers who exhibited in Mikulov during the 2018 event. They were from neighbouring countries that surround Moravia, such as Austria, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and of course Bohemia. Hunting trophies, the closure of the Slavkov porcelain factory, the dreamy summer residence, the noble porcelain and the magic of tapestries were the other themes that resonated within the chateau.
The artistic design festival celebrated the eighth anniversary at the chateau in Mikulov from the 25th May to 10th June 2018. Galleries, designers, artists, collectors and premières of unique designed objects and installations. We chose the theme Aristocracy for the Křehký Mikulov festival in the year 2018. And we took the best from it.
