Porcelain dinner set Panathenai by Daniel Piršč is inspired by the classical scene – the parade of athletes once held in Greece as a tribute to Goddess Athena during the olympic games. Piršč extended the dinner set with vases decorated with the classical ancient method of “krenelování”. The animals – a pig and a cow – are from Mikulov where the author has his studio and workshop. The set contains 12 items, from three types of plates to a soup bowl, a sugar bowl, a gravy boat and a jug for either tea or flowers. The individual items of the set are also available separately.
